Fast Forward International Digital Media and Arts Association Conference (November 2012)
Presented a summer research project where I assisted with teaching Native American junior high students computer programming and animation with ALICE. This program was created in an effort to promote young Native Americans to stay in school and increase school retention rates.

LIKUSASA - The Future (March 2012)
Awarded $10 000 USD as a grant to install solar panels and a geyser to a clinic in Hluti, Swaziland. In an attempt to educate and promote green energy and a sustainable lifestyle.
Grace Elizabeth Groner Grant (May 2012)
Received a grant in aid of LIKUSASA -The Future, from the Grace Elizabeth Groner Foundation, in recognition of student intiative towards service.
Anderson Ranch Art Scholarship (March 2012)
